1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schema Validator AI at app.schema-validator.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by Poast Ecommerce LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Schema Validator AI is a web application that helps users generate, validate, and audit structured data schema markup (JSON-LD) for websites. The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest schema types based on page content and SEO audit results.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Service does not guarantee any positive results, including but not limited to improved search engine rankings, increased traffic, rich result eligibility, or AI search citations. While we strongly believe that implementing structured data helps you refine and focus on SEO best practices, outcomes vary based on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, content quality, competition, and website architecture. You acknowledge that any results from using the Service are not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms & Billing

Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans, including a monthly option. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate at each renewal. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again over the following 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will not lose any previously generated schema data, but access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription, other than taxes based on our net income.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email schemavalidatorai@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, bulk generation followed by immediate cancellation, or creating multiple accounts to exploit free tiers or refund windows.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit URLs or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI or API
Resell or redistribute the Service's outputs without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or exploit free tiers
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without prior written consent

9. AI-Generated Content

Schema markup generated by the Service is produced by AI and is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that generated schemas are error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any schema before deploying it to your website.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Poast Ecommerce LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Schema markup you generate using the Service is yours to use freely.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for core functionality, including but not limited to AI processing, payment processing, authentication, and hosting. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party services. Your use of the Service may also be subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

12. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to schemavalidatorai@gmail.com including:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The URL or description of where the infringing material is located within the Service
Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poast Ecommerce LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Schema markup you deploy to your own or third-party websites
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

14. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and generated schema history for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it or where retention is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. 16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poast Ecommerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at schemavalidatorai@gmail.com.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
